What you can do today
- Capture and manage leads in a searchable list with status and assignment.
- Use Nurture View when the lead-nurturing integration is enabled.
- Configure marketing campaigns tied to lead sources and messaging rules (as set up in your account).
- Build intake flows for structured phone/walk-in capture into lead or customer records.
- Reuse email templates for estimates, invoices, campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Connect lead sources (e.g. Angi, Google Ads) under Integrations—see dedicated setup guides.
- Open the external Marketing Portal for full email campaigns when provisioned (see Marketing Portal).
Prerequisites
- Leads permissions for sales/office staff.
- Admin access for campaigns, intake, and integrations.
- For Nurture View: lead-nurturing integration enabled under Settings → Integrations.
- For Marketing Portal: workspace provisioned by admin.
Step-by-step
Work the leads list
- Leads → search, filter, open a record.
- Update status, assign owner, add notes.
- Convert to customer or link to estimate when ready.
Use nurture view
- Confirm Settings → Integrations has lead nurturing enabled.
- Leads → switch to Nurture View.
- Track staged follow-up for leads in active sequences.
Configure a marketing campaign
- Settings → Marketing Campaigns.
- Create or edit a campaign.
- Tie to lead sources/triggers per your account rules.
- Save.
Run intake on a call
- Intake (
/intake) or start from a linked menu item. - Select the intake flow configured for that scenario.
- Complete questions—answers land on lead/customer records.
Connect a lead source
- Settings → Integrations → enable Angi or Google Ads (see
/docs/angi-setupand/docs/google-ads-setup). - New leads appear in Leads for assignment.
Current limitations
- Automation depth depends on which integrations your admin enabled—not every drip scenario is native.
- Complex multi-branch nurture logic may still pair with Marketing Portal or external ESP tools.
- SMS campaign blasting at marketing scale is limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms; transactional SMS uses Twilio & Telnyx.
- Campaign analytics are basic compared to HubSpot/Mailchimp-class products.
Roadmap
- Unified campaign performance on the dashboard.
- Tighter SMS nurture sequences in-app.
- One-click convert lead → estimate with intake answers pre-filled.
